Policies
Retainer
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your experience and will be deducted from your total balance. To retain your investment, you must reschedule, rather than cancel, your experience at least 48 hours in advance. You may reschedule and transfer your retainer once.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, repeated short-notice cancellations, or no-shows will result in refusal of future service.
Forms of Payment
The remaining balance for you experience can only be paid in cash. I don’t accept electronic payments or cards.
Tardiness
I don’t enforce a late fee, as I understand that delays can happen. However, please be respectful of my time by notifying me before your scheduled start time if you’re running late. Failure to communicate may result in your experience being canceled.
No Extra Guests
I ask that you do not bring another adult with you to your reservation. Well behaved children who will not interrupt the experience are welcomed.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of the products, returns and refunds are not accepted. However, in the unlikely event that I am responsible for canceling your reservation, your retainer will be fully refunded.
